Report a Scam

Last updated: December 11, 2025

In an evolving industry where trust and security are critical, scams continue to impede progress in crypto and blockchain. SNGLL Labs is committed to fostering a secure ecosystem. We encourage our community to help us mitigate these risks by providing clear channels to report scams.

Take Immediate Action

If you believe you have been scammed or have identified a potential scam involving SNGLL, it is crucial to collect as much information as possible about the incident and the scammer. This includes wallet addresses, transaction hashes, website URLs, and screenshots of conversations.

Please review the options below for how to take action.

Important Warning

Please be aware that due to the decentralized design of the Polygon blockchain, no one can freeze accounts or revert transactions. Once a transaction is confirmed, it is irreversible.

1. Report to Law Enforcement

Report your case to your local law enforcement agency. Provide them with all the information you have collected. If the scammer is caught, you may be able to recover your funds through legal processes.

2. Contact SNGLL Compliance

To help us protect the community, please report the incident to our compliance team. While we cannot recover funds, we can take action to warn other users and block associated accounts from our direct services where possible.

Email us at: report.scammers@sngll.org

Please include the following information:

  • A detailed description of the scam.
  • The scammer's wallet address(es).
  • Transaction hashes (IDs) of the fraudulent transactions.
  • Any URLs of scam websites or social media profiles.
  • Screenshots of any communication with the scammer.

3. Report to Exchanges and Service Providers

If the scammer sent funds to a centralized exchange (like Coinbase, Binance, Kraken, etc.), contact the exchange's support team immediately. They may be able to freeze the scammer's account on their platform.

4. Report to Blockchain Explorers

You can also report the scammer's address on blockchain explorers like PolygonScan. This adds a public warning label to the address, helping to prevent others from falling victim.
